Founder, OpsAlign

Nash Krishnan is the founder of OpsAlign and a manufacturing turnaround specialist who works with owner-led manufacturers to build the operating systems, leadership routines and problem-solving cultures that allow plants to perform without depending on the owner.

His work combines shop-floor operations, Lean and continuous improvement, maintenance, quality, daily management, leadership development and culture change.

Rather than treating technical and people problems separately, Nash focuses on how the entire factory operates as one interconnected system.
